One of the benefits of F1 is that all of the church staff members have access to a complete library of online training modules for no extra charge; it is part of your fee that you pay that is included with F1. That way people can learn at their own pace during the times they have available. I believe that part of the “business model” of other vendors is to charge additional dollar for ongoing training - sell software cheap, depend on ongoing training to make up the difference. Good for their revenue; bad for your total cost of ownership (TCO).

One of the things that surprised me about church staffs when I got into this business is the high amount of turnover that the typical church experiences. With the online training provided with F1, a church can utilize their system more fully (system success = effective utilization) because people are better trained without an additional strain on the budget. The subscription model is more like a utility - always on and available.
